Youth Team 13-15 age group

All athletes must compete in the figure event
The team event is FREE Team (3:00 min), with a min of 4 athletes and a max of 8 athletes plus alternates (2)
Selection to this team is based on the age of the athlete as of December 31, 2025

No figure events however there may be Elements events (similar to figure events but focused on routine skills)
Teams can be FREE &/or TECHNICAL
TECH is shorter (2:50 min) however has required technical elements which all athletes must excel in.
FREE is longer (3:30 min) than TECH with no required elements
With a minimum of 4 athletes and a maximum of 8 athletes plus alternates (2)
Selection to this team is based on the age of the athlete as of December 31, 2025

Acrobatic Team 16 years and up

Diamonds Gear

Competitive Athletes are expected to wear their black Diamonds shirts, black shorts/leggings, and black caps to every practice, in addition to a yoga mat, running shoes, goggles and water bottle. Please come prepared to train with a suit under your training clothes. Each athlete will be provided with a black Diamonds T-shirt and cap. We can confirm sizes at the parent meeting.
